1st meetup of the Drupal Thessaloniki community
The first meetup of the Drupal community of Thessaloniki and surrounding areas (with participations from Karditsa and Larissa) took place on Saturday 28 April 2012 in the offices of Point Blank. We had an attendance of around 20 people, all Drupal users of varied skill sets.
The meeting began by a circle of presentations, where each one summarized their relationship with Drupal and their interests. The conversation then moved on to a series of activities we can tackle collectively as a community.
Major discussion issues included:
- The possibility that the Thessaloniki Drupal community could organize a greek Drupal Camp in autumn.
- Redevelopment of the community portal (mydrupal.gr) in Drupal 7
- Training and knowledge exchange activities among community members.
