Frontend United Athens 2017: Registration Open!
On May 26-27, 2017, Athens is hosting one of the leading international events on front-end development. The Frontend United Conference is a european conference, taking place in a different country each year. It is aimed towards designers, programmers and Drupalistas all over the workd, offering two days of experience sharing and presentations on the latest development in interactive design and user experience.
The confirmed speakers of Frontend United 2017 include some of the leading names of the field:
- Johnathan Snook, creator of the Scalable and Modular Architecture for CSS (SMACSS)
- Rachel Andrew, leading figure behind the CSS Grid Layout
- Lea Verou, research assistant at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and Invited Expert in the W3C CSS Working Group
- Jeremy Keith, developer and writer with acclaim in cutting edge web technologies
- Zaharenia Atzitzikaki (Sugarenia), Lead Designer at Workable
- Vitaly Friedman, co-founder and editor in chief of Smashing magazine

This year's conference is organized by members of the greek and belgian Drupal community. Members of Point Blank are in the organization committee of the conference. Selecting Athens as the host city for this year's Frontend United is a great honor for our country. We hope to see you there!
