Project
Proto Protofanousis is one of the leading export companies in Greece. On a yearly basis they ship about 30 million kg of fruit of primarily greek origin to 36 countries all across the world.
Proto commissioned us for the redesign and development of the website using a Responsive Web Design approach, presenting the site contents adequately for a wide range of devices, from smartphones to full HD desktop monitors.
The website provides a comprehensive presentation of the company, the available products as well as the export network. The website concept was developed by Ambigram.
our approach
Visual design was based on high quality photographs with an emphasis on the quality of the products of the company. The full presentation of the company, its products and export network was enriched by informational sections that present a responsive table with the seasonality of the products, a map of the export network and custom labels depicting the "in season/out of season" products at any given period.
RESPONSIVE DESIGN
Design and development of the website was implemented using the Responsive Web Design methodology, presenting the contents appropriately for all devices from smartphones to Full HD desktop images.
PHOTOGRAPHY
In the context of the project, we commissioned a photography session covering the installations, products and processes of the company in order to strengthen the communicational message. Ambigram produced the photography needs brief, and the photographs were shot and processed by expert photographer Chrysa Nikoleri.
