Project
Nevris Furs has been active in the sector of manufacturing and sale of fur clothing for almost four decades. The long term tradition, the excellent quality and international connections created through the years have established Nevris as one oth the leading export companies of the sector, bringing its products to more than twenty countries worldwide. The website aims to present the company while placing special emphasis on its products.
Our approach
The visual approach for the website design was based on the prominence of photography and video material. We chose a color palette based on black and gold, hinting towards luxury and tradition, both important characteristics of the products.
Fluid Design
The design is fluid, using all the available screen width to show the current collections at an impressive size. Special emphasis was given on the presentation in large desktop displays, while the images are optimized for dense retina displays.
In several informational sections we use parallax effects using cutting edge technology based on HTML5, CSS3 και jQuery.
Collection Presentation
The current collections of the company are presented by a selection of pictures, offering zooming functionality in order to appreciate the company's attention to detail.
Selected business clients have access to the complete collection in the B2B area, following administrator approval.
Awards and Distinctions
The Nevris Furs website was awarded a Site of the Day in Best CSS, received a Honorable Mention at Awwwards, and was also included in the gallery of CSS Awards.
