The english language certification exams of Michigan State University are among the most popular language certification exams in Greece, taken by thousands of students each year. Two exam levels are available, for the B2 (competency) and C2 (proficiency) standard levels of certification.
In Greece, the MSU Exams are administered by the American College of Thessaloniki Anatolia and the American College of Greece Deree. Point Blank was commissioned to design and develop the new digital platform that informs about and manages the examination process.
Informational website
The main audience of the website are the candidates interested in certifying their english language skills for the levels B2 (compentency) and C2 (proficiency), as well as english language schools. The website provides extensive information on everything one needs to know in order to participate in the exams.
The Exams at a glance
The visitor is presented with lots of useful content, ranging from why one should choose the MSU Exams, to available exam centers, exam dates, prices, grading process, success criteria, special accommodations for disabilities, official preparation materials as well as useful advice for the exam day.
Exam registration platform
Two exam periods are offered every year, in May and December. The exams registration platform is directed towards individual candidates, as well as language school administrators that manage the registration process of multiple candidates. The registration process is simple, presenting only the necessary information at each step of the process in order to clearly guide the users. The registration process is complete with the successful payment of the application fee using credit card or bank payments.
CONTEXT-AWARE APPROACH
After the registration period, the platform informs candidates about their personalized examination schedule. At the end of the examination process, the platform publishes the final results in the candidate profiles.
In a context-aware approach, the candidate profiles adapt according to the current phase of the examination process.
