Project
Tzimas Cosmetics was founded in 2000 in Thessaloniki by the Tzimas siblings. The company does research, produces and sells beauty, skin and hair care products. Lila Tzima and George Tzimas come from a family with long tradition in the sector of cosmetics since 1957. The Tzimas Cosmetology Center is now one of the few active and rapidly growing cosmetics companies in Greece.
Point Blank teamed up with Ambigram to design and develop the company's e-shop. Our goal was to create a user-friendly, fully automated e-shop combining minimal design with modern technology.
Design approach
We decided to place at the forefront of attention the high quality of the product itself. To achieve this, we combined modern design with minimal aesthetics, clean colors that combine elegantly with specially processed photographs. We placed emphasis on the ease of navigation and product search functionalities, allowing the users to quickly and easily locate and purchase the products they desire.
Bridging with ERP
The Tzimas Cosmetics e-shop is fully and bi-directionally connected with the company's ERP (SoftOne). Both systems are able to communicate with each other in real time, feeding users, products, orders and receipts to each other.
Innovations
The Tzimas Cosmetics e-shop provides free cosmetics samples to its customers. To support this system, we created a custom mechanism for managing and requesting samples, fully integrated with the main commerce business logic of the e-shop.
